#garber auto mall
I bought my F150 from James May at Garber in 2011. He was good as gold with me. Felt fair and reasonable and he was friendly. I have had zero issues with it.
My lease is now up so its time to figure out what to do next. About four or five months ago I started my search and decided to go back to Garber, mainly because of James May but secondly because of the variety of vehicles. I found out that James was no longer with them so I expanded my search to include other dealerships closer to my home. I was quickly reminded why I went with Garber in the first place.
I was connected at Garber with Tyler Baugh. He was informative and most importantly, not pushy. At the same time I was starting my conversations with Tyler, I was also talking to folks at Bozard, Duval and Mike Davidson so I definitely had comparison points. Due to lease timing and options, I ended up delaying my new car choice until December. However, I will definitely buy from Garber, again.
The other dealers just do not do the relationship thing right for me. They are aggressive and in some cases condescending. They say they want my business and then their actions do not support that.
Tyler just gets it. he is not a hard-sell kind of guy. don’t get me wrong, he is there to sell cars, but his approach is very different and I am appreciative.
I brought my mom with me and she left with a brand new car today. She is over the moon! I am looking forward to driving away with mine next month!
